Presentation of the stamp “90 years of FSPL”
To mark the 90th anniversary of the FSPL (
Fédération des Sociétés Philatéliques du Grand-Duché du Luxembourg), Mr. Claude Balthasar, Head of POST Philately, presented a souvenir frame to President Mr. Jos Wolff at the 81st FSPL Congress, held on 23 March 2024 at the Heisdorf Castle.
