Thousands of people came to the Kirchberg on the afternoon of December 10th to test themselves the new Tram and funicular. POST Philately, who had already issued on December 5th two new stamps showing these new infrastructures, was present on the premises with a sales and promotion stand. The interest of the visitors was particularly important and so many first day covers and souvenir covers found takers.
