POST Luxembourg issues a stamp to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the European Institute of Cultural Routes

During the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (APE) on May 10, 2023, POST Philately presented a commemorative stamp to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the European Institute of Cultural Routes. Emile ESPEN, Head of POST Philately, and Antonio Ferreira, Coordinator of POST Philately, presented the special stamp at this event.
The President of the European Institute of Cultural Routes, Ambassador Jean-Claude KUGENER, the Chairman of the APE Steering Committee, Julien VUILLEUMIER, the Chairman of the APE Statutory Committee, Ambassador Patrick ENGELBERG, and Jo KOX, First Advisor to the Government and General Coordinator of the Ministry of Culture of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, received these commemorative frames.

The European Institute of Cultural Routes is the technical agency of the Cultural Routes program of the Council of Europe. It was established in 1998 through an agreement between the Council of Europe and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and it is located at the Cultural Center Rencontre - Abbaye de Neumünster in Luxembourg. In 2010, an agreement was signed to establish the headquarters of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe at the Institute, between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
