On March 7, the special stamp "25 years of death of Josy Barthel" was officially presented.
Organized jointly by the Philatelic Circle of Mamer and POST Philately the ceremony was a vibrant tribute to the great sportsman, sports official and politician that was Josy Barthel.
Remembrance frames were given to the two daughters of Josy Barthel, as well as to representatives of sports organizations and the Ministère des Sports
