The members of the PostEurop Stamps and Philately Working Group met in Luxembourg for their 2nd meeting of the current year. This on the invitation of Emile Espen, Head of Post Philately and Vice-Chairman of the working group. The participants from 10 different countries had to evacuate a busy agenda. The dish of resistance was the practical and financial modalities of the next Philatelic Forum to be held in May 2020 in Athens. The Forum, held every two years, is an opportunity for European philatelic managers to meet representatives from the world of suppliers on the spot, all within the framework of a two-day conference cycle around a main theme, which will be in 2020 “marketing and communication”.
