POST Philately has issued a stamp to mark the 1st birthday of HRH Prince François of Luxembourg. Born on 27 March 2023 at the Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg, H.R.H. Prince François is the second child of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie of Luxembourg and is therefore the third in line to the throne.
