The "Small European Postal Administration Cooperation" (SEPAC) is an organisation comprising the small administrations or small postal operators of Europe, namely those of Aland, the Faroe Isles, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Malta, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican and Luxembourg.
The SEPAC’s objective is to promote stamp collecting and to ensure the long-term future of postage stamps in relation to other postal franking methods. For the 2015 joint issue by the participating members, POST Luxembourg has chosen the National Museum of History and Art. Each folder contains the postage stamps of the 14 SEPAC members having participated in the 2015 folder.
Vote for the best SEPAC stamp and win the annual collections of all members issuing SEPAC stamps.
